CEWI FOUNDATION COURSE– 3 DAYS

Central European Wine Institute (CEWI) awaits professionals, as well as winelovers who would like to gain knowledge and experience with wines in Hungary's capital city, Budapest.

The Aim of the Course

One of the primary aims of the course is to provide basic information about wines to people who work in the field of gastronomy or the wine industry, and which will help them to not only advance professionally, but to help promote Hungarian wines. For wine enthusiasts, in addition to practical knowledge about wines, we offer a course where students can easily learn wine categories, food and wine pairing, as well as the main characteristics of different grape varieties.

After successfully completing the course, CEWI issues an award that may help when applying for a position in the wine sector, wine industry or gastronomy.
